Zoom Class Offerings

Improving well-being is more than just a fitness decision, it’s a lifestyle commitment. My classes provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but they’re also places to gather virtually with other open-minded individuals. I am offering seven weekly donation based classes through the free online conferencing app, Zoom. Within two hours of class, I will email you a link to access our virtual conference room. When it's time for class, simply roll out your mat and situate your laptop or phone camera 7-8 feet from your mat so that I can see you or opt out of sharing your video stream if you prefer. I will mute you during class so no worries about noisy kids, pets, or roommates. Check out my class offerings  and join me for a class today.

Gentle Yoga

This class is ideal for those who enjoy a softer, nurturing, slower paced practice or who are new or returning to yoga. Gentle yoga is a bridge between moving in slow flow and staying stationary, holding some poses for a few breaths to work on proper alignment and settle into the pose. The class will include stretching on the floor, some gentle core strengthening as well as standing and balancing poses. There is no rush through the sequences and very little work will be weight bearing on the hands. Gentle Yoga is offered on Sundays at 9:30am, Mondays at 2:00pm and Tuesdays at 6:00pm.

Slow Flow

This class will be offered at a level between Gentle Yoga and Vinyasa with variations to suit beginner through advanced students. It will incorporate more upper body work than Gentle Yoga while focusing on maintaining slow breathing throughout the class. Proper alignment of the poses will be heavily emphasized. The slower pace is more conducive to the meditative practices of mindful action and awareness of breath. It is well-suited for newer students or for those who desire deep concentration within their practice. Slow Flow is on Mondays at 8:30 and Thursdays at 4:30pm.


This upbeat class includes physical movements designed to exercise every part of the body, as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. Proper alignment of the poses will be emphasized throughout class as you stretch and engage your muscles and work to improve flexibility. This class is well suited for athletic people or intermediate yogis. Vinyasa is offered on Saturdays at 9:00am EDT.

Extra Gentle Yoga

Extra Gentle Yoga – It’s like Gentle Yoga, but even more gentle and shorter in length. This class is designed for practitioners age 55 and up but anyone is welcome to join. It will include both standing and seated postures so we will still get up and down from the floor several times during class.
